Located within the busy business district at Highway 7 and Leslie, this site began construction with the removal of existing concrete curbs, interlock, asphalt and exterior lighting. The expertly designed landscape plan incorporated an 8” drain tile with liner around all buildings onsite, to provide protection to the building foundations which were faced with ongoing water issues. The updated design included drought tolerant perennial planting, permeable interlocking, updated exterior lighting and a courtyard with numerous seating areas.
