IQ Park

IQ Park is located near the QEW just east of the 427 highway. The park was expertly designed by Janet Rosenburg and associates. Being the biggest park completed in Geoscape’s portfolio, the bulk of the work was completed from April to September in 2018.

There are numerous focal points to this park, such as an entry fountain location on top of a below ground utility room, an extension metal boardwalk with over 200 footings, a metal shade structure next to an amphitheater, and playground including a waterplay. There are numerous drainage element included within the design, such as a storm tech system to management storm water underground to allow more land to be used within the park.
