IQ Park in Etobicoke is a great example. As one of the largest parks in Geoscape’s portfolio, the project included an entry fountain, an elevated metal boardwalk, an amphitheatre, playgrounds, waterplay features, and an innovative underground stormwater management system. Bringing all these elements together required careful planning, collaboration and attention to detail.
Another project we’re proud of is St. John’s Forest in Aurora. This growing community features a neighbourhood park, trailhead parkette, stormwater management ponds, gazebos, playgrounds, pickleball courts, waterplay areas and extensive trail connections. Projects like these demonstrate how landscaping can create spaces that encourage recreation, connection and outdoor living.

At Bower Condos in Oakville, our team helped bring a thoughtfully designed landscape to life by creating pedestrian pathways, a welcoming central courtyard, and natural planting areas that connect the residences with surrounding parks and trails. Every detail was designed to make outdoor spaces feel functional, inviting and connected to the community.
Working on residential developments like this helps employees develop an appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the role landscaping plays in enhancing everyday life.
Restoring and Protecting Natural Environments
Not every project involves buildings or recreation spaces.
Environmental restoration is another important part of what we do, allowing our team to contribute to projects that protect local ecosystems while developing specialized skills.
The Framguard Channel Re-Alignment and Pond project in Milton involved constructing a naturalized watercourse complete with deep pools, riverstone-lined channels, stormwater infrastructure and thousands of native trees and shrubs. The finished project supports wildlife habitat while helping manage water responsibly for years to come.

At Gordon Food Service East in Ajax, Geoscape completed the landscaping for a state-of-the-art food distribution facility while supporting important ecological initiatives within the Carruthers Creek watershed. The project included native restoration plantings, dense perimeter screening, and specialized habitat features designed to support local bat populations and other species at risk. Projects like this reflect the growing importance of protecting biodiversity during construction and landscape development, a priority supported by organizations like the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
